I really like Lyla, the receptionist. She knows the services and products available and makes sure I'm comfortable and being attended to. My massage therapist, Kayon, is knowledgeable and a true healer! I've had four spinal surgeries and strongly recommend the deep tissue massage with Himalayan stones. It really helps with pain management and increases my mobility. It's a lovely way to spend an afternoon.

The massage therapist I have, Nicole, is the best therapist I have had. She takes the time to listen & cares. She makes a plan with me of what to work on that makes me more mobile & relaxed. I have very tight muscles, foot, neck & back issues & focuses on the areas that need the most attention while making sure my massage is balanced.

I have tried other massage retail outlets and find, by comparison, that Hand and Stone is highly professional. Their massage therapists’ retention rate is so much better that I am no longer disappointed that the person I use has left! Kudos!

This Hand and Stone is immaculate and the owner very knowledgeable and helpful. The ambiance is perfect and the staff offers suggestions routinely about promotions. I am extremely pleased with the promotions and regularly participate in them! A huge thank you for offering them.

From the minute I walk in, the atmosphere, & smell give me a relaxed good feeling. Everyone is always professional. The rooms are perfect for the relaxed tranquil feel I expect when I go for a massage or facial.

Staff is ALWAYS friendly and happy and ready to go above and beyond to help with any questions or needs. I walk in there and I’m immediately relaxed 😌

My previous appointment was scheduled the day before my credit card was charged for my monthly service, which I was unaware of. The previous receptionist was not very accommodating when I was annoyed that I had to pay in full for the service when my next service was to be paid for in 2 days. She told me “we will always take your money and not refuse the booking”. If I had been informed of the fact that I didn’t have any services from my membership, I would have scheduled at a different time.
