Honestly, I don't remember if I booked over phone or stopped in. The spa is very nice. I have been there a couple of times and all was great. The promotion you had in the fall about buying one and getting a free massage was a big help since I am a senior/retired.

The massage therapist Valerie was excellent one of best massage therapist I dealt with. I was upset regarding the scheduling process but when got there everyone was very nice.
