The relaxation and softness of the room and and facial had me pleased through every second. She was so sweet, did a nice job and I bought new face cosmetics to help my face feel this good everyday!

Nicole specifically tailors my massage for my needs, and is a warm, genuine massage therapist. The pressure for the massage is excellent, and she supplements hot towels to loosen the muscles for an even more relaxing massage.

H&S is welcoming and has qualified staff. We like the location and ease of having our treatments here. My esthetician is very qualified, has a good touch, shares her knowledge and discusses her plan before each session.

Clean, friendly, professional, relaxing sight and sounds and service. They go above and beyond and care about the whole person. There are cheaper places, but they are worth every penny.

It was a most rewarding experience and because of that I try to schedule a weekly appointment whenever possible. I always look forward to my next visit
