Not happy with Front Desk Personnel!! Really didn't care that I was one of the first members and didn't try to accommodate me when I called and asked for a particular Therapist. It was her tone when she said "Therapist is all booked up". Instead of booking app't w/Front Desk I asked my Therapist to do it for me. No warmth or caring from Front Desk. In the past, not only did the Front Desk know my name but they knew me. I was always chatting with them before & after my app'ts.

Clean feel to the entire setting. Mike was receptive,friendly and knowledgeable.

My massage therapist (James) was proactive in finding out the areas I need him to focus on and why. The pressure was exactly right. I walked out feel great.
