The therapist was knowledgeable and kind.

On this visit I didn't talk to the receptionist because my massage therapist was already in the waiting area. Typically they are very friendly. Also, the massage therapists that I have used are good. I do however continue to go back to Dara, she is excellent.

Isobelle is always great when giving me my massage she is interested in my likes and dislikes. She is very professional and pleasant. Iris gives me a great facial. She is efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. She knows the companies products and gives me good advice. This facility is managed very well. It is clean, inviting and peaceful.

The massuese, Dara was great. Reception was friendly and knowledgeable.

Not happy with Front Desk Personnel!! Really didn't care that I was one of the first members and didn't try to accommodate me when I called and asked for a particular Therapist. It was her tone when she said "Therapist is all booked up". Instead of booking app't w/Front Desk I asked my Therapist to do it for me. No warmth or caring from Front Desk. In the past, not only did the Front Desk know my name but they knew me. I was always chatting with them before & after my app'ts.
