Good customer service

Isobel was my massage therapist and she gave a great massage. Asked her to concentrate on my back and she did. Highly recommend her!

The staff was knowledgeable and the owner was accessible and anxious to know if I was satisfied with the services. The woman who did my facial was extremely accommodating and answered all of my questions. She did not try to sell me any products and made me very comfortable.

Great experience overall. For the price of $69 it met expectations, but the regular non-first-time price of $99 is a bit high for the overall ambiance of the spa--I would expect that price for a more upscale spa. But overall it was a great service and a very nice and clean environment. Thank you!

Just enjoyable experience for my achy body.

I think the massage therapist gave me a very 'basic' service. I did not feel that I was in the hands of a very experienced technician. Also, the amount of oil used seemed excessive.
