Overall, I was very satisfied.

I booked an introductory hot stone massage and was offered a facial while waiting for my massage. The facial was well done, but not only I did not get the hot stone massage, the massage itself was very mediocare. I wasn't charged for the hot stone, but it did affect my full experience and desire to return.

I was satisfied. Elizabeth did and wonderful job with my facial. James always does a great massage. I normally do the regular service and this time I used four services because I have so many prepaid. The facial was more comfortable without all the squeezing. The massage was wonderful but I don’t feel the salt stones are worth twice as much. I actually prefer the regular massage. I wish I could use some of my services towards products.

The music in the massage room could be on a more varied loop.

My only complaint was that I wanted to come back in 30 days but the next available appointment with Kayon is not until October.

Primarily - appointment availability is limited. Did note that while in waiting area there were phone cancellations being taken by receptionist. Not sure how often the website updates with openings, but 10AM weekdays won't ever work for me and that's all that seems to be available. So, monthly charges applying but ability to use not keeping pace. So, probably better to pay as I go rather than keep the membership. Also, after three visits, still haven't had a session that left me feeling like wow that was really good..... have to book that therapist again. I guess those folks are the ones who are booked up already.

I arrived 5-minutes early for my appointment. Checked-in fairly quickly but the therapist arrived late to work and was harried, agitated and flustered about her tardiness and her anxiety transferred to me. It was not a relaxing massage. And I was not happy about it. Her initial interactions with me was curt and unpleasant. I managed to calm her down with small talk and the massage was fine. I made the best of the situation. We got off to a bad start, but it was fine.
