Dara is an excellent therapist

Facial was very good but not the best I’ve had.

It was a first time visit and I was quite satisfied.

My initial appointment was rescheduled twice because of a staffing issue. Receptionist handing this was very abrupt & not kind. At my appointment the receptionist had no record of the gift card I was given for my appointment either on my account or the giver's account. However, she was very nice & patient. She did try to help.

The massage therapist had me on my stomach the whole time. I asked for more legs which he did but only back and over the sheet. I had to ask to use hands and cream to massage my legs

Have had many massages. This wasn’t like others. A ton of time on shoulders, hardly any on legs. None on feet

I was satisfied It is often challenging to get an appointment sooner than two weeks in advance. Otherwise I am very satisfied with Hand and Stone.

Cost for 50 minutes is too high. Copetitors in the are are less

I chose the add on of hot stones. I enjoyed it but did not think it was worth $30 extra with no added time.

Tough to get appts. Not a lot of availability.
