Would have liked massage oil to have had a scent without having to pay extra for that.

One of the receptionists was not very welcoming. Also, I found the music awful. Just very bland, generic and rather than 'relaxing' it was irritating and made me think how sleepy the staff must feel listening to that all day!

Therapist asked which area to focus on and did not even focus on that area.

listen, i think you are focusing on the wrong metric here...I was satisfied...you should be focusing on the UNSATISFIED customers before you worry about me

A wet hot towel placed on painful areas would be so nice instead of offering it at the end of the message to wipe off lotion. The masseuse should have met me with an offer of some water, and led me to the exit. I actually walked in the wrong direction trying to find my way out. Thanks for asking!

The masseuse didn’t ask me what strength I would prefer at beginning. She never asked if the pressure was good. Missed my hands and feet.

My therapist was fantastic! I’m upset because I booked the appointment online and was quoted $89. When I checked out, I was charged over $140! Unacceptable and amounts to bate and switch!

Massage was not 50 min long

I received a gift certificate- When making my appointment the receptionist couldn't find the card number in the system but she said it was ok- When I was checking out (not the same person who made my appointment) she told me I had a $70.00 balance - I questioned the charge and she told me my certificate was for 50 min- but it was for 80 min- she then looked again and told me I owed $20.00- Not sure what that was about- So, not completely satisfied- Also, for your information- no one asked me if I had any interest in becoming a member- HOWEVER- Kayon was exceptional!! One of the best therapists I've used ever- Thanks
