Difficulty in scheduling appointments Available appointments Not having access to my appointments that are banked. There needs to be an app very confusing for the client

I was highly satisfied with my experience, I clicked the wrong button. The massage was excellent and very relaxing. The receptionist was very sweet and I had a great experience.

My most recent treatment was not as good as usual. Therapist did not focus on certain areas as much as usual, and the clock showed we were done a few minutes earlier than usual. Other than that, she is a very fine massage therapist.

massage was not full time. therapist focused too long on areas of concern and did not do other areas. pretty expensive for basic massage.

I felt that my therapist did not focus on my problem area as much a I hoped. When she encountered a knot she didn’t really do much to work it out. I had mentioned I was having R side low back pain and she didn’t focus much there.

I was satisfied.. I thought the price of $170.00 was high!

The massage felt rushed. The type of massage I got was $40 extra which no one told me - over the phone and in person.

Massage therapist Dara was wonderful, on time, polite and really helped me relax. Massage room was clean and safe and made me feel welcome. I would return in the future for another service
