Staff was very friendly upon arrival. Facial was very well executed. Overall experience was very enjoyable and relaxing. Looking forward to next appointment.

I was upset that I was required to wear a mask. Mask mandates have been lifted for the most part and since I am fully vaccinated and have the proof that I am, I should not have been forced to wear one. When I asked the employees when there is going to be a company update they said hopefully later this week. While not the fault of the location’s policies, Hand and Stone should have made a definitive announcement for the months to come before Memorial Day weekend. Besides having trouble breathing and unfortunately learning of this at the location, the massage itself was quite relieving while I am currently going through a difficult time.

I had a question actually. I wanted to know if the sheets were taken off after each client or was it the same one.

Price is high and for the lower rate you have to sign up to join but then it’s still expensive. Rather than lower rate but more appointments!

Everything was very good. The massage therapist was very good. I just prefer the one I had before. No issues. Very happy with Hand & Stone.

I was not aware that a deep massage was more than what I had paid originally

Rosalia was pushy with product sale. I told her I’m a social worker and cannot afford the high prices of their products but she didn’t want to take no for an answer.
