I am highly satisfied with my therapist Dara. However I do not like having to pay an extra $15 for a deep tissue massage each time

I'm still wary about Covid (my own inner anxieties). I also had a massage with a new therapist, and no knowledge was provided for when my regular therapist would return. I had also hoped to see the manager at check in, but understand she may have not been working that day. There was no onscreen sign in, either.

I responded to this survey based on a massage I had on 2/29/2020 with Dara. It was a disappointing experience compared to every other massage I've received because: 1) Excessive and loud drilling next door 2) she was late and rushed 3) she didn't tell me it was a deep tissue massage, and honestly it felt like a far LESSER massage to what i normally get from James (I normally get a swedish from James and he is hands down my preferred therapist). Was disappointed overall with my 2/29/2020 massage

I was somewhat cold as the fire alarm system had tripped the heat off. This was out of the staffs control.

To me, Satisfied is a great rating. Highly Satisfied would be it was the best massage ever. It was great! Really. Just wish it was full hour instead of 50 minutes

Aestitician was not qualified to do peel, if not qualified for all treatments this should be noted when booking appointment.

I was not completely satisfied with my service because I had booked a Himalayan Salt massage with the use of hot stones. My receptionist told me it is a very popular message and that I would love it. However, when I was ready to have that message the therapist told me that she had a problem with her hands and that she will only use it for short period. I was really looking forward to a "hot stone massage" and even paid $30.00 more for that but didn't receive what I was entitled to. I can fully understand that sometimes therapists have their own problems but it is the responsibility of the spa and the receptionist to let a customer know this in advance of booking the appt.
