I don't like products being pushed on me. Not professional at all.

I guess my expectations are different

The massage was mediocre - for pricing or to consider membership the massage would have had to have been much better. It was quick and and just ok.

I feel maybe I have to have another type of massage.

I was very satisfied with my first time experience

I facial I received was good, just not as good as the ones i receive from Elizabeth...Elizabeth is exceptional but she was not available

the massage was more like a rub down not a massage. Even when I asked to address areas of pressure points and to massage muscles, she still didn't hit the mark.

Based on the Swedish massage cost the therapist should be assigned to give somewhat of a pressure to feel some healing in lieu of feeling as if they are massaging body lotion.

Appointment didn't last the full time (though the therapist was excellent). Also, there should be more flexibility for those who kept their membership even while locations were closed during COVID.

Highly Satisfied is hard to get from me lol. I still enjoyed the service.
