The massage was average not exceptional

Everyone and every time I arrive at the spa I receive a warm welcome. Very professional.

Also had a facial while I was there. I felt that the therapist was not knowledgeable, the treatment was not customized and was sub par compared to other facials I have had done there.

Would like better massage cream, maybe scented, still achy next day

I’ve had many massages this is the only place that charges for hot stones ,deep massage, trigger point these should be part of any massage. So I will return to the other places that has one price for all.

Unfortunately the table never heated , was waiting for it to get warm, but it didn't. I told my therapist after treatment because ai didn't want to focus on that as it would have been too late to change rooms. I was chilly and perhaps should have asked for another blanket. My therapist was great nonetheless.

I needed more form to deep pressure and focus on my problem areas. Although my therapiest was friendly and professional her style and pressure did not meet my need.

My current therapist Natasha is wonderful; very skilled and professional. I had the unfortunate experience of initially dealing with a therapist name joe heller who was unprofessional and inappropriate

Facial was very professional and satisfied.
