Facial by Maria was wonderful. Only reason I won’t be back in ne t 90 days is I’m visiting from Austrlia and only here for 1 week. Next time I visit, I’ll be booking in again!

She was good but quiet. Didn’t give any advise or recommending. The neck massage was ineffective. But please...she was nice. Throughout the years I’ve had better. Also my hands and arms were moisturized in other spas that I’ve been to for a facial and I liked that.

Satisfied seems like an excellent review to me? If anything, the room was a bit cold, but it wasn't really an issue.

I didn’t love my esthetician.

I thought the massage was just fine. It wasn't the best or worst massage I've ever gotten. I'm not exactly sure why. Maybe her technique was too basic? It was good enough though. I wish that it wasn't as expensive so I could go more frequently. Over $100 for a 50 minutes massage is high.

My facial with Elizabeth was excellent and relaxing. I was uncomfortable that I had to stand in the waiting room prior to my appointment because there was a party. I was flexible to move my appointment a half hour later when Hand and Stone called me earlier in the morning, and yet there was no room for me and the group seemed a priority. Then when checking out, I wanted to confirm I had an appointment for a massage the following Saturday, only to be disappointed to learn that the woman I spoke with two weeks ago scheduled me for March 9 instead of February 9. Then it was difficult trying to find me a new appointment for a massage. So needless to say, all of my relaxation dissipated by the time I left the facilities with disappointment.

The massage was basic. The add ons I chose maybe were not this therapist highlight. They were ok, I wanted to feel relaxed and I did not here it was an ok massage. Mostly likely would not go back to the same therapist but may try the spa itself again.
