Too expensive

my issue is only with the reception area. There were too many people working, they were all socializing with one another. No one checked me out until i asked. I grabbed my own pen from behind the counter to fill out my tip envelope. i left 2 items behind. I returned to the store within 10 minutes to retrieve the 1st item, only to be told it had been thrown out. The second item I called to see if I left in the treatment room. I was told i would receive a call back as soon as they checked the room but did not receive a call at all. It was really bad service overall, which I will add is unusual.

Facial was great! Massage was okay - a lot of pressing rather than massaging and would have liked a bit deeper

My therapist is wonderful and most qualified- love her Nicole. My situation was confusion of scheduling and a misunderstanding of front desk of when I was eligible for something. Fine now I accepted the misunderstanding

The massage was a Christmas present. I'm not a person to have someone massage me. The receptionist was wonderful and therapist was nice.

I was, for the most part, very satisfied. Next time, I will ask for extra pressure for the massage. Thank you!!

There's always got to be room for improvement! I really enjoyed my experience and look forward to returning. I'll also be bringing my husband :)

Didn’t feel that the facial I received was relaxing. Felt slightly rushed. Didn’t notice a difference in skin after facial. Wasn’t sure that I received a good value for what I paid.

I booked a massage followed by a facial. I know next time to book them separately with a gap in between. I kept thinking about the paid time & whether it would all equal out to what was promised. That sort of ruined the massage for me toward the end. I felt a little rushed.
