Had a facial and than they tried to charge me for a service that they didn't tell me was extra. The receptionist told me that I needed to pay because I had the service ... when I tried to explain what had happened he was flustered and confused.

It was fine

I had a Swedish massage but should have booked a deep tissue.

Therapist didn't seem particularly interested in my concerns. Not really friendly despite the fact that this was my 3rd massage w her. Seemed a bit aloof. I will want to try another therapist. The massage was ok but I've had better. I feel that when asking for the massage to be therapeutic in relieving pain the therapist should work her way gradually to more firm pressure. She seemed to begin with firm pressure from the start. I wouldn't say that my experience was negative; it just doesn't stand out as wonderfully positive.

My massage was extremely relaxing. I had indicated on my form that I like a firm touch. My massage therapist have a nice massage, but I would have liked a much firmer touch.

It's just really hard to get a massage appointment!

first visit - the membership was not explained to me - i may have been interested in signing up.

Started late and service ended early (less than 45min treatment)

The massage therapist went a little fast with her techniques. Perhaps I should've told her to slow down, but I felt as if the pace was a bit fast, instead of slower and more relaxing.
