The esthetician was wonderful. She was friendly, knowledgeable, offered good advise and gave a nice facial. She could use a little more experience with her massage to the shoulders and neck. But otherwise I enjoyed the facial very much with good results.

I was trying a therapist for the second time. I found this visit to be slightly less satisfactory than the previous visit. Each time is different.

This recent past experience was very pleasant. However, some difficulty occurred earlier this year in booking appointments. My appts were getting rescheduled often due to the unavailability of my chosen therapist. Also, such therapist has declined me as a client not due to conflict. Please note I was a monthly member and have terminated my membership due to such difficulty in obtaining appts that would work with my busy schedule.

I had a massage followed by a facial but I had to get dressed in between to go back outside to wait at recption. I expect a spa experience to be more comprehensive.

Overall I enjoy my membership at Hand and stone. However, when i first joined last year, the membership was $59.99. When I cancelled/rejoined after moving the price had gone up and they wouldn't honor my old membership price even though it went into effect a few days ago.

I was satisfied with my experience this time. The therapist was personable, friendly, and accommodating. Worked toward deep tissue slowly and carefully

I feel other facialists went into more detail about the products they were using on me and why. I like to know what is being used.

Had a facial and than they tried to charge me for a service that they didn't tell me was extra. The receptionist told me that I needed to pay because I had the service ... when I tried to explain what had happened he was flustered and confused.
