This location is Always friendly and knowledgeable and is Always their to help

As a membership holder we should be able to use our membership more than once a month paying $80 just to use a membership once I’m not satisfied with the membership. I’m also not happy with the product prices they are way to expensive.

I recently moved ( Lakewood location was my home membership) I have tried the southlands and this location and I definitely see a difference. This location was beautifully appointed the reception staff was more like I was used to at my Lakewood location friendly and professional. the massage is the best I had had in a long time and the essnatition was also very good, she offered me upgrades services that were appropriate for my skincare needs. I received a wonderful spa day and have already told my family that this is the location to use.
