The service is great and the therapist is exceptional.

The staff and all the services I received were great. The service providers were skilled and professional. I understand the effort to make more business, but the upselling was excessive. I was offered multiple add-ons, multiple products, two different people tried to talk me into a membership after I said I wasn’t interested. I would suggest toning down the sales pitches a little.

I love Ash! She does a great job on my eyebrows. I’m very particular on how I want them and she meets my standards.

Receptionist was able to get me on the wait list when booking and a spot opened up quickly. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The massage pressure was good, but could've been more and I felt greasy afterwards and broke out due to the products so that was the only downside.
