Hand and Stone

I had originally wanted a massage but none were available. So I chose a facial. I told Alex, the person who did my facial, and she went out and asked if there had been any cancellations due to the weather (bitter cold). There had been and I was able to get a great massage from Zoey later that day.

Best massage to date. Very nice, timely and used great pressure. Friendly and great environment.

The esthetician did a very good job on my antiaging facial massage. I enjoyed her professional facial massage. Therefore, I have booked my facial massage again with her in March.

I was impressed with the esthetician and the quality of her work. I was very pleased.

The only issue I had is that I have had multiple recent appointments cancelled due to <3" of snow. I am always in favor of safety, but this seems very conservative.

I was running behind due to an accident on the highway, but they were very accommodating. They allowed me to continue with my appointment despite my tardiness. They were very kind and understanding.

Sue does an amazing job and keeps me rebooking with her months in advance. The appointment reminders and friendly front room staff are always an added bonus.
