I tried to book for a massage an “settled” for a facial to use up my membership but was so thrilled with Briana that I booked for next month and will keep my membership! Love her!!!

Phyllis was one of a kind therapist. She made me comfortable, she was compassionate, and she made sure things were just as I wanted. If all therapists were like her, is go everyday.

Juanita listened to my needs for specific areas, her pressure was precise and helped me so much. She is an asset to Hand & Stone

The staff was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable and relaxed while waiting for my appointment to begin. This was my 3rd appointment for a facial and I decided to sign up for a membership. Excellent service!

The esthetician was extremely knowledgeable. She took a lot of time to explain all the options to me and I feel that I was offered the best plan for my skin care. Everyone at the desk was extremely friendly and I really love the products.

The receptionist is friendly when you walk in the door. The manager Katie came out to greet us as well and asked how we are doing and how we have been. Both therapist were wonderful, helpful, and provided a great service.

Juanita was fantastic! She used the perfect amount of pressure. She was friendly and encouraged me to just relax. This was a fantastic massage!

I tried a new massage therapist and she was fantastic. She had the right pressure from the start just after a few minutes with me. The front desk staff set the right vibe.

Overall, this location provides a quality customer experience. They are responsive to questions/needs and both the massage therapist and esthetician I see are excellent at what they do. They do not rush through your service and really listen to your needs to ensure they are meeting/exceeding them.

Kyler was great! Really listened and focused on my problem areas. Will definitely rebook with him again. One of the best massages I've ever received!
