Very friendly staff. I had some questions regarding a good face wash for my sensitive skin and everyone was able to help me out with my purchase. Very relaxing "me" time and I can't wait to go back!

The receptionist was very friendly and the therapist was very good.

I think it is essential to take time for myself as a busy working mom. Going to Hand and Stone provides me with an hour of peace, while taking care of my body at the same time. The staff at H&S are knowledgeable and super friendly - makes going there worthwhile!

Maria was very pleasant. She asked if I had any concerns and recommended an anti-aging experience that was very hydrating for my skin. Every one asked if they could get me water or tea. Very customer service oriented.

Was very impressed with Melot's knowledge of the body, as well as her professionalism and compassion. She made me feel comfortable with the first massage, and I will continue to request her in the future.

I’ve been coming to Alex at the Aurora South location since October 2018. I look forward to seeing her every month. She constantly tries different applications & my 70-year-old skin looks fabulous!!!

Lyndsey was awesome! There wasn’t quite enough oil used, and it felt like my skin was being pulled at times. But overall great massage!

I leave so refreshed and in no pain. I will keep coming forsure

This is always a great location to come to. I was a little worried that my next massage therapist wouldn’t be as good as my last one since she left but I was surprised and she was great. My only problem was that the apt didn’t start on time.
