From the initial phone call to book the appointment...to entering the building...being greeted by the receptionist...meeting Zoey...her genuine care & courtesy towards me caused me to have a wonderful experience. I left the spa feeling great!

I really appreciated the conversation with my esthetician’s. She gave me the option to tell me what she was going to do and the reasons why. I will return to her again.

Jonathan, my massage therapist, always knows how to treat my areas of concern. His expertise, kindness, respect and caring professional practices are top notch. I always ask for him on the first place! My body has experienced high levels of stress and thanks to his work on my areas of concern, I've greatly improved! I am truly grateful for him.

I have been seeing the same massage therapist, Lindsay for almost a year now. She always figures out my trouble spots, especially the ones I didn’t know were a problem. Her technique is different than other massage therapists I have been to., and I really like it. She is very knowledgeable of the muscles.

The massage therapist was very nice and asked questions. He seemed very knowledgeable. He made sure to ask how the pressure was on different spots on me since I just had a baby.

The appointment availability is always able to fit my schedule. The person doing my message is always attentive to my problem areas and even finds more areas that are sore and need attention. I'm so grateful for the attention given to me and working out tight and sore areas.

I had a gift card for 50 dollars and I payed about 50 dollars! I thought it was kind of high! My face feels great! I would love to come back sooner, will have to see about my bills! The place and the facial was great, enjoyed it!

I loved how knowledgeable everyone was to all my questions. I like the amount of add on options. My only concern was my massage therapist was not the person I booked and no one told me I would be seeing someone else.

It was a great massage, one of the best I’ve had recently. I don’t love that H&S insists on trying to sell the membership EVERY time and while the receptionist this time was very nice it was apparent she really wanted that sale, and I had to tell her no multiple times. I get why that happens, but I find it annoying every time.
