The massage therapist was very attentive and listened to what I needed.

Kimmi gives the best massage ever! I’ve been to so many therapists in the past and NEVER have I had a massage like hers. Not only that, she’s one of the nicest people you could ever meet. She’s a huge asset to your business. The receptionist when I came in was lovely. When I left it was someone different I went to initially and not so friendly.

I go to hand and stone in Whitby because of your rmt DAVID, don't know his last name but he's absolutely amazing and such a gentleman. So much manners and his technique & KNOWLEDGE is above and beyond any other rmt there. Peter is also very good. Unfortunately your prices are now Too high for us and we will have to stop using this franchise.

The staff were very friendly and made me and my son feel very comfortable. We both enjoyed our massages and his back is no longer hurting.

Simi was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I felt she took the time to listen to me and my skin concerns and desires as well as to properly assess my skin. She did not rush through the appointment and made me feel very comfortable and informed. I was very satisfied with my facial and will be returning for another with Simi :)
