The massage therapist treated the areas I was asking for (neck and shoulders) and was very specific - hitting the right spots! She applied great amount of pressure.

Music was so relaxing. I loved the heated sheets and the hot towels were comforting. My aesthetician was excellent. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be back.

The massage with Elaine was excellent. Booking the appointment was the most difficult. Called multiple times over two days, went to answering machine. Left two messages no one called back. Finally drove to the location and booked in person. Mentioned my issue to the receptionist. All she said, was oh so try about that, no further mention or provide an explanation of why no one returned my calls.

The overall experience is consistent. My therapist, Peter, is knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I often fall asleep on the table, I'm that relaxed.
