Hand and Stone

I had a great deal of difficulty setting up a profile and booking on line. Eventually I gave up and called for an appointment. My masseuse Peter was excellent very professional and relieved my neck pain. I will definitely come back to see him. My only issue is the noise that carries through the vents from the lobby. I could hear the conversations and laughing which took away from the relaxation. Not sure if there is anything that can be done about that.

I only remain at Hand and Stone because of Kimmie and Natalie.

Kimmy is highly knowledgeable and an amazing RMT. She is patient and knows how to make you feel relaxed.

All the ladies are friendly and helpful. My appointment was on time and not painful. I’ve got a facial for Monday.

Everything about the experience was great! We felt welcomed and taken care of. All was explained clearly. The massage was very enjoyable and the atmosphere was calming and professional.

Simi is amazing, best facial I have ever had! My skin looks amazing, and I will be back again in the next couple of months.

Overall I always find Hand and Stone Whitby to be perfect. The reception area needs to quiet down a bit though. The rooms at that end can gear every word they say.
