I asked for a lymphatic drainage massage for my legs and the RMT was highly knowledgeable and shared what she was doing and how I can perform it on myself between appointments. My legs still feel great 2 days later!

All I can say is Stephen is AMAZING. He listening, he was super friendly and he actually helped me. I will definitely be returning to see him.

I booked for four people. The service provided was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and professional.

The friendliness of the staff is welcoming and they are very professional. The ambience of the spa is pleasant and relaxing. Unfortunately getting an appointment with short notice is difficult and it’s hard to book a preferred RMT unless you book weeks in advance. Having more RMTs available each day would be helpful. I enjoy going here and would recommend it.

This was probably the best massage I’ve had. Elaine massaged the areas that have been irritating me for a long time. Often when I get massages they miss the spots that need more attention. I also have significantly less pain today then I usually have on a daily basis. I will definitely come back to Elaine.

David is an excellent therapist. He is knowledgeable and courteous. Throughout the appointment he checked in to ensure the treatment was appropriate. I would but hesitate to recommend him.
