Kimmy at the Whitby location was a great RMT I'd definitely book her again. Very kind & was a great relaxing massage. Wish massages were longer than 50 min the time goes by so fast. I am used to 60min to 1.5 hr massages elsewhere.

since gratuity envelopes are on the front desk, I don't think the receptionist needs to ask each time if you would like to leave a gratuity

I feel that Hand & Stone takes my safety seriously and the waiting room and massage room are clean with lots of options for disinfecting. My massage therapist was knowledgeable and very effective at addressing my concerns. She helped me to feel at ease and I always feel the difference immediately upon leaving.

I have been coming here for years and I have always had a great visit. They have a great facial room and I have used a few times but feel it is a little expensive so do not use it as much as I would like.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, super cleanly rooms and lobby, and reasonable pricing! Will return for sure!
