Hand and Stone

My esthetician was amazing and I would recommend her but I left with a big scar on my forehead as she thought she was helping clear my skin with a pimple I have had fir years and it's not healed but that's ok I'm hoping it will be over the next few weeks and if so them she cleared something I never addressed .. I was disappointed because i had gift card from christmas and when i opened them in front of the receptionist fir the first time ( it was sealed) she said one expired and nothing could be done ... So that tells me you should have told me about it at time of purchase or sent reminders and or list a date on the envelop otherwise you have people like me who dont open the gift until you need it and I did call several starting in march to book a facial and could not get an appointment until now and then I find out you only have one person working so I get punished for your short staff. Any way I love hand and stone for massages but now will reconsider the facials which is sad because you would not honor my gift SVP d gift card which is terrible in my opinion.

People were nice. Service was good. Room was clean. Ambiance helped me relax.

RMT was very friendly, she knew exactly what she was doing to help my pain. Her communication was great.

I was able to get an appointment with my regular massage therapist both yesterday and in August. The receptionists know what you need and address their approach accordingly.

The esthitician was very friendly and made the entire experience relaxing and fun. She was very knowledgeable. The receptionist was very friendly as well.

Overall felt very comfortable just to be there and to be with the massage therapist. It was a very calming experience. I also really liked being able to book with the same person or if I wanted to mix it up and have a different person there’s always that
