The therapist David that I see is able to apply a lot of pressure to work through the problem areas. Each massage focuses on the problem areas of that visit. I come out feeling much better.

I have been a client for several years and have always been “highly satisfied” with the level of service. I have tried other massage facilities but always come back to this location. My only issue now is that you are too busy and appointments are not available! A good problem to have. Congratulations

Peter is an awesome RMT. He knows the muscles really well and they way he discovers and tackles trouble spots is something I have never had before and no one has ever come close to matching his style. The ladies at the front are always very caring and helpful. They take time to listen and are always willing to help. H&S Whitby has been my home for the last few years and just recently helped me with my wife's birthday surprise. They are almost like family. I appreciate all of you!
