The experience is always rewarding. The Therapist knows my areas of concern and always addresses them. The reception area personnel are fun to talk with and will ensure you are booked and prepared for your next appointment, including reminders and an electronic Covid19 questinnaire.

I've only just recently started seeing Kimmy. Wow she has the most amazing techniques and is really professional. I think it would be nice to recieve a bottle of water afterwards, but other than that, I wouldn't change a thing. I love the friendly welcome I get from reception and the relaxing atmosphere/music

The reception area and massage room was very clean. The receptionist was very knowledgeable and friendly. My massage therapist was very knowledgeable, friendly, great personality, massaged very well and professional. Overall it was a great experience and I will return. The results were also great.

I had overall a great experience at the Whitby location. My therapist listened to my needs and apply right the right amount of pressure to release the tension in my upper back. Would definitely book another session.
