Massage was really nice, David was able to target areas of discomfort in my back and legs. The experience of the massage and the esthetic of the office was great. I plan on returning for further massages with David and have also booked my husband in to get a massage.

Alway satisfied with my visits. Also the ability use the same therapist for my massage is a big factor for me

My massage therapist Steven was really professional & had great customer service skills. He made sure I was comfortable and was incredibly friendly & polite. He asked questions about the pain I was in and focused on that area, and also asked me if the pressure he was applying worked for me and to let him know if I needed him to stop/ go harder or lighter which immediately made me feel comfortable. The customer service by reception was also amazing. The room was clean, the lighting made a relaxing visit and the music helped too. This was my first visit and I will definitely be back

The reception staff were friendly and understanding when I had forgotten a gift card and get me go home to get it. Denise was amazing and my skin felt wonderful. She told me about all of the products she was using and we felt like a couple of friends chatting. I felt comfortable.

Whitby customer service and administration is excellent. Highly recommed. Appareciate the support and flexibility when appropriate. Ajax on the other hand is a nightmare and i try to steer clear of this location.
