I haven’t been satisfied with many of the massage therapists I’ve seen at this location however Samantha is truly an amazing therapist. Top 2 I’ve ever seen in my life. I will continue to be so happy as long as she works there!

Alanna is an excellent RMT that is able identify areas of tension and work through them. Alanna has now helped me through two injuries and got me back to playing hockey and racing. Through building a relationship with Alanna, it has helped me to become comfortable with the facility. The receptionists are quick and remember who we are, it makes checking in and scheduling very easy! Overall, the facility has great people and a great atmosphere. Whenever someone is looking for a massage, I recommend Hand & Stone even if its not the Whitby location.

Staff were warm and welcoming. Therapist did a great job explaining the muscles and tendons which are causing my pain. Treatment helped to alleviate some of my pain. Looking forward to next appointment.
