My aesthetician was absolutely wonderful. I was running a little bit late and everybody was super accommodating and kind about it. The actual service I received was unbelievably well performed and I am completely happy with it.

The friendly staff are always helpful and knowledgeable of services and products. The massage therapist (Lovey) is wonderful, I began seeing Lovey in May in Aurora and came to Whitby because she was working there. I pulled a nerve and Lovey has helped me with the pain and has given me exercises to do at home to get my strength back. I would highly recommend Hand & Stone to all my Family and Friends! Thank you for the wonderful experiences every time I walk through your doors.

I love that everyone is so friendly, organized, knowledgeable, and helpful. I've never had issues getting an appointment with the RMT of my preference and I feel safe because I see the staff cleaning as soon as I leave the building. The issues I've had are now resolved and I leave with clear instructions of how to maintain and improve the work that's been done to the areas of concern.

Dana was awesome. Very kind and friendly, ensured that she informed me of the extra safety precautions being taken such as hand washing and sanitizing of the room, and the massage techniques she used were extremely relaxing and soothed my neck and back pain. I left feeling rejuvenated and in a lot less pain. Also, I really appreciated that she was quiet during the massage and allowed me to relax as previously there have been therapists who continuously talk about things unrelated to the massage and ask personal questions like where I work etc… when I’m there to relax. It is not the time for therapists to be constantly chatting and when people are paying to relax and have relief from pain it is not the time for the therapist to be talking about plans for the weekend or other things. It has made me very uncomfortable and feeling awkward in the past as I have had to remind them that I am there to relax and not to keep chatting. Dana was very professional and I will definitely book a massage with her again in the near future.

The massage therapist applied the pressure that I wanted and helped relieve the pain. I felt very relaxed after my appointment. I would definitely be back in the future but going away for the next four months so it won’t be until the Fall.
