All facets of the experience were as I anticipated.

Therapist listened to my specific requests and spent time on those areas to relieve my discomfort and pain. She used great pressure as I requested and the ambiance was phenomenal.

Massage was great.

Christine is great, she is very nice, makes sure the pressure is good the entire massage, massages based on my needs, very professional and always asks to make sure the massage was therapeutic. The reception staff are great also and always make sure I am informed so that I know when my next appointment is.

Rob is always great, uses appropriate pressure to remove knots and very sociable.

I was very satisfied at hand and stone with the friendliness of the staff and that I didn’t need to wait very long for my appointment. Steven was very professional and did a great job in listening to what areas I wanted him to concentrate on.
