The expertise of the therapist I was with and the ambiance and the cleanliness of the room I was in. I was just hesitant to use the washroom for I do not know how safe it is to use during this time. But other than that I will always love to go back to hand and Stone for my massage.

Your prices are high. Will probably shop around for less expensive massage therapy. Direct billing to the insurer is also required. Massage addict does this for their clients

Everyone was friendly and made me feel very comfortable. They answered all of my questions because I am a new member. Peter explained to me everything I asked and he also gave me some tips to help stop the pain and get better sleep. I will be back for sure :)

My Therapist is incredible. I love Vanessa. Points to take into consideration, the cost has increased substantially. I do not have benefits. Second when I asked for lavender oil, I was not told it was an extra charge. I found out after I had to pay. Thirdly, I am not sure why you don't offer birthday discounts? Also for those who do not have benefits the cost should be less, like myself. I would appreciate a discount for that reason. Please get back to me as this will change my continued service in the future. I would hate to not be able to have Vanessa as my RMT. Thank you Francesca Schettini 647-204-6793.
