The people were very pleasant. I have many allergies and the staff were very cautious to make sure I would not have any reactions to the products being used (I was very grateful for the extra care they took). Overall a very good experience.

I felt comfortable and relaxed and well treated. The staff at reception was very welcoming and my esthetician Caleigh was nothing other than amazing!!! It was my first time very having a facial and I've already booked my next one.

Simi was very friendly and provided the best facial massage. I’ve only had 3 facials at Hand and Stone, and Simi was by far the best.

The Massage Therapist was really knowledgeable. After I showed where my pain was, she explained in detail what was causing it. I left in a much better state. I do do have another appointment booked for a later date. Very satisfied.

The price point is a little too much to come more often. It would be nice if you sold by three facials and get one free like Carol Baker did.
