I have been a client of Hand and Stone for over a year and continue to see the same therapist on each visit. I always leave feeling extremely satisfied and usually book my next visit to ensure my day and time preference can be accommodated.

The entire experience is always great, from walking in the door, getting the best massage from Kimmy, to walking out the door! Kimmy is amazing, every time!

The receptionists are always warm and welcoming, and they take care of your needs. My massage therapist whom I use religiously is always attentive to what I require and continuously checks in during the massage.

I find Kimmy to be terrific. Also your survey asks how I booked my appointment and I said the website , but I actually booked on email so that should be an option in the response list or add an “other” column
