Less people in waiting room, easy to talk to friendly receptionists, massage was specifically pointed to muscle ligament pain and great job by therapist. Quickly recieved and processed in and out.

Receptionist should be able to see whether a client has other appointments booked. In case the client is trying to accidentally make a new appointment on the same he/she previously booked an appointment already.

I do feel uncomfortable being asked every time by the receptionist if I would like to leave a gratuity. I do leave it with the therapist but I find it puts pressure on us to respond infront of the therapist and other clients. Everything else is great - keep up the wonderful job!

Great service and felt safe during the ongoing pandemic

My appointment was well worth the money! Lesley was amazing with helping me with my facial and recommended that I use a sample product to help with a small dry patch that may have been caused from wearing a mask all day at the hospital.

The staff are always so friendly and efficient. Rachel is excellent at what she does and I feel so comfortable with her. The products are great as well.
