I really loved my RMT Amanda, she was personable, friendly and very knowledgeable I had a foot problem and she reassured me and helped my foot feel better Reception was good but I would not recommend for people to use your pens to complete your questionnaire due to COVID unless you disinfect each pen after each use which I know they are not doing that. Reception also messed up my appointment but they offered me a good solution. Mistakes happen but it’s how a company deals with them that is the most important to keep your customers coming back Overall a good experience

The staff are always very welcoming. It’s close to home to come get a nice relaxing massage. The spa has a nice ambience and it’s fairly easy to book appointments.

Typically we receive messages a minimum of twice a month and facials several times a year. We also utilize your excellent specials. Thank for the excellent service and welcoming spa environment. My massage therapist Natalie is amazing ! I will only book appointments with her as she knows all of my problem areas as well as what I need to relieve the pain ! Would highly recommend her to anyone with back/shoulder/hip pain .
