Great staff, very friendly, felt safe with COVID stuff

I was highly satisfied because the treatment was exactly what I wanted and expected. The knowledge of the esthetician was incredible and she addressed my issues very well. I loved my experience at Hand and Stone Whitby.

Everyone was very friendly and observed the COVID precautions but my massage therapist, Diana, was beyond expectations. She is an amazing RMT and I have already booked another appointment to see her for this upcoming week.

Shout out to Diane for the great conversation and wonderful massage. Her friendliness and obvious proficiency made the experience both relieving and pleasant, I would recommend her for anyone as she helped with my nagging neck injury. The overall experience was 10/10 and I'm happy to say I'll be coming back in the future as well as recommending Hand and Stone to my friends and family.
