Abigail is very knowledgeable and checked in regularly during the massage to make sure I was ok (this one was related to a particular injury). I’m always pleased with the results.

The therapist first asked few questions & subsequently evaluated my personal posture etc. After finishing the massage he has given some exercises to get relief from the problems. Thanks.
