The therapist first asked few questions & subsequently evaluated my personal posture etc. After finishing the massage he has given some exercises to get relief from the problems. Thanks.

Sean used a lot of pressure… which was amazing. He concentrated on the areas we agreed on and I could feel tension releasing in areas I was not expecting. This was by no means a relaxation massage… which was fine by me!
