The increase in price is steep from what I used to pay for the same service and the availability to book times that meet my schedule.

They forgot to do the add on service that I purchased . I added a foot massage and didn’t get it.

The experience was great - Just not spectacular - mostly my own issue in that I have many knots between my shoulder blades and they were not able to get them all. I felt that the additional cost for the foot treatment was a waste of money as I don't feel they spent enough additional time on my feet.

Overall, Hand and Stone is great for massage services. My only issue is the high cost but that seems understandable being directly located on the Danforth.

Pregnancy massage - I would have preferred one of those tables that allows the pregnant individual to lie face down with their stomach rest in cut out

I'm not quite sure why this is popping up as I was satisfied with my experience at Hand and Stone. I simply would not go back in the next 90 days as I do not think I need a facial that quickly after my last one. But, I will come back for sure.

I prefer 60min especially for this price. I’m an rmt myself and work at clinics and spa and expect more for a spa especially higher prices. 10min in between clients makes me wonder how much time rmt has to properly disinfect room for ipac measures

not all reception staffs are knowledgeable .

I was very satisfied with the service it just wasn't outstanding service. I also was limited on what I could get due to breastfeeding.
