Therapist was good but the room was very cramped and small. Claustrophobic feeling.

I called first thing in the morning and left a message asking about appointments that day. I get your emails so I knew you had some but I wasn't sure what type I needed. However I called back an hour later as I hadn't heard and left another message. Then I called back 30 minutes after that as I still hadn't heard back. And finally got someone live to book my appointment.

I was satisfied. The question was whether I would recommend to others in 90 days and answer is no because all of my contacts have their own therapists already.

I worry what the working environment is like given the high turnover in staff. Also would like therapists to offer to put a mask on if patients are wearing one given how close they are. I don’t believe there is any ventilation equipment in rooms.

I recently found my ideal massage therapist, who is older and more understanding of me as a WHOLE person, not just a bunch of muscles and tendons and joints.

I was satisfied with everything. I noticed the price went up from last year and I was quite surprised, since the price has always been higher than other competitors in the area.

I was in acute pain and in great discomfort. It is difficult to relax or breathe and so my narrative from the experience generally revolves around my acute pain. The therapist was excellent and kept asking for feedback regarding his pressure, which was very important in the moment.

Still had pain and numbness in my back after the massage. This is probably due to ‘how bad” my back was and not necessarily a reflection on the therapist. My therapist was quite good and responsive to my needs.

I am very satisfied with my massage therapist. Any dissatisfaction stems from the front desk staff that doesn't follow through on communications they say they will.
