Hand and Stone

The room was my biggest concern, limited place for my coat, etc, particularly as it is winter and the are extra items. Room was old and tired, no atmosphere, it felt like I has the last booking and so placed in the last room in the back. Room was cold not in temperature but is design. Carpet was ugly which you notice being face down!

I have severe tension/stress in my middle & upper back & my left side. I understand that it requires pressure to tackle these huge problem areas but the pressure was too much for me and now my upper back and a spot on my left side that was worked on a lot is now hurting me non-stop. It was too much pressure. It feels like I am bruised on my upper back.

I was satisfied with my experience. The only thing I would have liked to change is that I prefer a silent massage so that I can relax. While Eric was very nice and incredibly knowledgeable and informative, I would have personally preferred less chatting. It may be potentially helpful to have an option to select "no talking" on the sign in sheet as a preference to avoid having to awkwardly navigate this in the room.

I like a Bit more pressure on my hands

The therapist was really good, very thorough, helpful and checked in the right amount about pressure. But it was hard to relax when right outside the door to my massage room, there was a drilling sound and a door opening and slamming shut every minute or so, for at least half the massage. It was SO loud and non-stop. Not very relaxing, despite the therapists best efforts and skills! Other than the noise, it was the same as always.

I felt very relaxed during the massage. My therapist was very knowledgeable about what she doing and understand me well what area I would like to treat. After the massage my back didn't heard and all my muscles felt relaxed.

I had a fabulous time and my skin looks great! But there are some sore patches on my face that look like more than minor irritation. This is just day two but the skin is rough and scab like, which I don’t think is supposed to happen.

The carpet was damp almost wet on my feet and when looking down it was filthy dirty with paper bits on the carpet. Looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed under the table. Gross.

I was satisfied, but no wow factor.
