I really like everything about the place, but I've walked away from all of my appointments, even trying different massage therapists, feeling like the massage was mediocre. Okay, moments of good, but not great. I will keep trying different people to hopefully find someone better as I'd like to keep coming here.

I don't know what highly satisfied really looks like? How clean is clean? How friendly is friendly? Maybe I just have impossible expectations for life and will never be satisfied, nor be able to satisfy others. Maybe we are all never enough. Maybe we are all N/A. Who can say?

My massage and massage therapist was great! Monica the receptionist left me very unsatisfied. I wanted to book a spa service, laser therapy and was told to shave 24 hours in advance and that after my consultation I would receive the service. I was also told the esthetician had lots of time. Regardless, I made my appointment 15 minutes earlier to add more time. When I had my appointment I was told it was only a consultation by the esthetician and no service would be done. Monica told me again when I arrived that the esthetician had lots of time but then was told afterwards she didn't have that much extra time. I'm very disappointed with the appointment as the consultation was less than 5 minutes and a waste of time. I've asked for the owner Walter to contact me but have heard nothing. May not ever use the spa services again if this is the service to be expected.

I was very happy with all services provided during my visit. Staff very very knowledgeable and willing to assist.

I am still experimenting with what level of pressure I am comfortable with. I started with "firm" pressure as default this time. The massage therapist was exceptional at making sure I am comfortable and told me multiple times to let her know if she should reduce/increase pressure. However I am still figuring out what areas are more tender which led to some slightly painful moments.

Satisfied with all aspects. RmT talked about too much, but that was fine.

I was very satisfied with my experience, but I was also in a bit of pain. I went in expecting a relaxing massage, but had my sore back worked on. This is what I needed but not what I was expecting. I hope when I return that I can have my issues sorted and then have more of a relaxing experience/

Everything went well and I especially appreciate the RMT's punctuality and the fact that he didn't waste any time in returning to the room after leaving me to get ready. He also didn't cut short my time, which I have great appreciation for. The firmness of his massage was just right and he was super friendly and just lovely!! The only comment for improvement I would make is to perhaps ask the client if they would like to chat during their massage, or prefer quiet/music.
