I recently booked an appointment and specifically mentioned to the receptionist that I will be running late. She assured me that there will no problem. When I arrived to the spa location I was told that my hour will be reduced and if I’d like to rebook, I would have been change a late cancellation fee. I’ve already purchased a package before and have been to the Danforth location many times, but never encountered such issue. Finally I was only charged for 25 min, however the price reflected have of the regular session price. I should have been rescheduled and not put in such a small session. Both the receptionist and RMT that were there at the time helped me and tried their best to accommodate. However my experience will remain very unpleasant as I was treated unfairly and was changed $56.44 for a 25min session.

Would be nice to know what products were used during the session... oil,lotion etc. Ambiance could also be improved using essential oils,aromatherapy.

You can always do better.

Everything was satisfying, cleanliness and massage were fine. Therapist was fine not exceptional when compared to others I have had at the location. It was a perfunctory massage.

The appointment started late and I was waiting in the sitting area for a while before being told the therapist would be with me shortly. I didn't mind the wait, but was wondering if it would cut into my overall appointment time. Luckily the therapist was able to make up the lost time at the end of the appointment. Also no blankets were provided, and I was cold. I asked for a heating pad for my feet, the therapist looked for one, but nothing was available. It is winter, and being warm and comfortable is important during a massage.

I did have a very relaxing experience which was part of what I needed. I had communicated some areas that I wanted more pressure and didn't get it. He did say to wait a couple days to feel the effects.

Online booking was confusing, the email said I was rescheduled so I thought I was booked in. Thankfully I called in to confirm to realize that it was not a reso. I would have preferred to complete the COVID prescribing prior to arrival to ensure my massage began on time. Jeff was friendly and enjoyable to chat with. He listened to my needs and attended to my request. However small things that I would have preferred eg the feet pillow not resting on my belongings, the head rest not on the floor.

Prices are too high for the environment and materials used during massage. There is noise from apartment above. Completely unacceptable for the priced you are charging.

I don't know what would make it highly satisfied. It was very good. It was a little shorter than 50 minutes - started at 1:40, was done at 2:17. But all areas were taken care of, so it's fine
