My massage therapist was friendly, knowledgable and made me feel comfortable. The only thing is that he was very chatty and kept asking me questions when I just wanted to relax. I did engage his questions to be polite but I really just wanted to relax in peace and not talk.

The appointment was fine and my masseur was awesome as always. He’s amazing! My only concern was the length of time it took to get my bill and receipt when checking out

It was not the best massage I have received there. He asked me what areas to focus on, and then never focused on them. It was frustrating.

I was perfectly pleased with my experience. I would reserve the “highly satisfied” rating for an over-the-top exceptional experience. I was quite impressed with the staff and the therapist. The massage was very good.

I enjoy coming, but it is a bit more on the pricier end. With that being said, I appreciate the cleanliness of the room and friendliness of the staff.

I was not given any sort of covid screening/questionnair when booking my appointment or when I showed up for my appointment. The only thing they did was take my temperature. A client was walking around without a mask on. I thought no one was allowed in without a mask.

It’s not anyone’s fault, but I left with a headache due to me wearing a mask for Covid.

Perhaps because I was in great pain before I came in I couldn’t completely relax because of the tender spots. I couldn’t fall asleep which tells me I am very relaxed. I was happy with the message and will return in two weeks for another.

Hand and Stone always provides a positive experience overall. I do wish that there was an online platform to use to book and manage appointments, to see my account and points balance, etc.
