My therapist was very friendly and asked what I wanted. He was able to communicate quickly without too much chatter. Clean atmosphere, pleasant atmosphere.

My husband really enjoyed his experience with Emma. He said she was effective, friendly and professional. Mitchell was also courteous and attentive. The reasons for the non perfect score are: - head rest was stained with multiple black spots, felt gross putting my face on it. - appointment ran 15 mins late - the oil used for the massage can be scented for deeper relaxation

Theres always room for improvement. I also feel that as a member I should be given 3 extra massage for the three months missed.

I'd asked for extra attention on my chest and around my shoulder rotators, but by the end of the session there was no attention paid to my chest and not much to my shoulder rotators. It was still nice overall. I was just hoping for more pressure and attention to those problem areas. And I thought we ended a few minutes short but maybe that was a misunderstanding.

Chris is always fantastic and a major asset to this location - I keep coming back because of him, no lies!

The massage therapist and I discussed focusing on my right side, but the therapist started on the left and during the massage I ended up feeling like the right side could have used more attention. Overall it was a pleasant massage.

Not offering more than 50 min massages at this point. Wouldn’t likely feel it’s worth the effort for just 50 minutes to do it again.

I found wearing the mask during the massage uncomfortable.

The reason is mostly due to cost for service. I can receive a similar professional service in wellness/massage clinics for a more cost effective price.
