i wish to therapist had paid more attention to my concerns about my recent surgery

Not enough product/ oil used. Felt cold. Would have liked heating pad

The ambience was peaceful and relaxing. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The therapist was attentive and responsive.

Eric is great. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and an effectively masseuse. I like that it is very easy to make an appointment, as well as the cleanliness

You need online booking. My massages are usually good, I didn’t like my last rmt, technique was basic and clamy sweaty hands. Not enough oil used.

I was irked by the preponderance of tipping materials all over - it is my understanding that RMTs are paid adequately by their rate and that tipping is not for RMTs (though of course tipping for other spa providers is appropriate). I found the envelopes everywhere plus the enforces question on the payment prompt to be overbearing.

The oil used didn't smell great. U can hear the staff walking and talking upstairs during the massage. The room has a mouldy smell to it.

I've always had a great experience at this location and have been coming here for 2 years. My most recent experience my therapist (Keegan) was late arriving (although he did make up the time and delivered the full 50 minute massage which undoubtedly made him late for his next appointment). He also wasn't prepared for my massage that was prenatal and I had to inform him how many pillows I needed. I'm 22 weeks and already showing a fair bit and had to prob my back (right hip) up myself when finishing the massage on my back. Perhaps he's new and learning but this was disappointing to me and not at all like what I'd experience by other therapists at this location. He was however polite and good with the rest of the therapy.

It was a lovely experience as I was greeted and accommodated for a late appointment.

Something in the treatment made my eyes swell up terribly afterwards. I don’t have any allergies or sensitivities that I am aware of.
