No neck or shoulder massage incorporated into the facial.

The cost of the massage for the first massage I have ever gotten was too much. The price should be 50 maximum, for the first massage because it is only 30 minutes

My therapist was friendly but the pressure was way too gentle. She didn’t ask if it was suitable or not and I asked for a bit more pressure but it didn’t happen. I have always had great massages at my H&S location. This was just maybe a mismatch for my needs with this therapist.

Businesslike approach of therapist; room clinical in ambiance. Appt was short; booked for an hour, was let in on the hour, intros and discussion etc., but then appt ended 6 minutes before the full hour.

I would have like to have more time on extractions. My pores were clogged and I would have liked them cleaner

While the rooms were likely clean, they felt old and dingy. The rooms in the basement need brightening and/or new touches to make it more pleasant.

I didn't feel like the therapist took the time to understand my needs for the massage. She also didn't explain what she was doing (ie: when she put a hot towel on my back, I had no idea what was happening and it was a bit startling)

My previous RMTs all provided 60mins on the table (buffet time between appts, to allow for dressing etc). The cost was the same or less.

I wanted more work done on the muscles that were giving me acute pain--even though other areas were causing discomfort. My previous therapist left H&S a few months ago--the second time I've had a therapist leave. I become concerned when there is a lot of staff turnover, and that it was not mentioned. I feel that H&S charges a lot for a 50 minute massage, though I suppose they are more honest in not calling it a 60 minute massage. I think the fact that it is 50 minutes should be mentioned, especially as I used to receive the bonus 10 minutes when I had purchased full memberships. The last time I purchased a smaller membership which I guess does not include the bonus 10 minutes.

Everything was great. Waited just a little bit (5 mins) to start our massage. And ended a little early (about 5 mins). Went for a couples massage. My husband loved his massage. He was very happy with the treatment. He would have also loved a head massage incorporated in the full body. I loved my massage. Would have also loved a little more on palms and heals. Excellent service. Very professional and polite. Constantly checked that temperature of towels was good. Would come back again and would just specify more specific spots for massage. Thank you!
