Hand and Stone

I had asked for a full body massage but he spent too much time on my back that he didn't have the time for my arms, i mean no big deal but maybe schedule the timing better, he is a great masseuse though

I received an email for a birthday special booking (facial and massage) however I was unable to book both and note the birthday special (at least not in any way I could see). I got a quick response and the dates and times that worked were offered and they immediately appeared in my outlook - hurrah! I had taken a day off for this and was looking forward to it. Paid for 3 hrs parking and came in for my appt only to find it was not in the books. I showed the outlook booking and confirmation email I had received. The gal at the desk was apologetic and helpful and while there was nothing available same day that fit with my schedule, i was able to book for the next day and was given a complimentary aromatherapy (which I believe turned out to be a scented massage). Excellent service from rmt and esthetician. Disappointing and awkward not having the appointments when scheduled and losing the cost of parking.

The fans were sometimes distracting. The music also intermittently stopped. Otherwise, I am a very happy client.

Maybe it was with me and not with my therapist. I was hoping to feel much better after the appointment however my back felt tight. I was hoping to bounce back like after a deep tissue massage but didn’t feel ready to return to sport after an athletic massage

Everytime I have tried booking online I have received a message saying that I needed to call the receptionist. It's annoying to have a "book online" button on the website but never actually be able to book online.

When I called to book I let the receptionist know I was pregnant- this was not passed along to my therapists. It all got sorted but seemed to cause some confusion.

I had gone for a specific reason which was to relive some pain and tension in my neck and shoulders. I did tell the massage therapist this information. But it appeared to me that he was going to do a generic all over body massage. I did remind him a few times that I would like focus in the specified areas. It would've been nice and informative to had some feed back regarding what muscles effect other muscles etc etc.

The massage helped to alleviate tension in my back. The massage therapist was professional and friendly. I also liked the aromatherapy as I entered the front door.

Some reception staff are very friendly and some not as much. Deseree is a great massage therapist but not all are the same for sure

I found the pauses to get new stones broke up the experience but this was my first time getting a hot stone massage so it was a different experience.
